it is a 3 tier cake for my mother's 70th b-day party. Her favorit color is purple.
top tier was sugar free white cake with sugar free orange icing.
2nd tier is straberry cake with cream cheese icing.
bottom layer was lemon cake with lemon icing.
this was the 1st try at the glittery look on the cake. up close it looks like little diamonds all over the cake.
it was good to know that i could do a cake this up scale for a wedding if needed
just pretty...mom loved her cake..........
